Featuring curated pairings from local winery Telaya Wine Co., the experience highlights how landscape, seasonality, and local ingredients shape both food and wine.

Guests will experience a chef-led multi-course tasting menu featuring thoughtfully composed dishes inspired by the land itself, from bright garden-driven courses and orchard flavors to wood-fired steakhouse preparations and refined finishing plates.The evening begins with a welcome cocktail before the tasting begins.
