Japanese A5 Wagyu × Japanese Whisky

For April’s edition, Socrates Table explores one of the most revered ingredients in the world: Japanese A5 Wagyu.

Guests will experience a chef-led multi-course tasting menu built entirely around A5 Wagyu, presented through several preparations and paired with curated Japanese whiskies. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail before the tasting begins.

Chef Nick Fisher will guide guests through the evening, sharing the culinary inspiration and philosophy behind each course.
