Hemlock’s Private Chef-Led Tasting Experience
Socrates Table is Hemlock’s most intimate dining experience, hosted inside the private Socrates Room at Hemlock. Each dinner centers on a singular culinary theme presented through a multi-course tasting menu with curated beverage pairings.
Limited to 12 guests, the evening is guided by Executive Chef Nick Fisher, who leads guests through each course with insight into the ingredients, techniques, storytelling and inspiration behind the menu.
This program is presented as a monthly series, with a new culinary focus each time.

April Socrates Table
Japanese A5 Wagyu × Japanese Whisky
For April’s edition, Socrates Table explores one of the most revered ingredients in the world: Japanese A5 Wagyu.
Guests will experience a chef-led multi-course tasting menu built entirely around A5 Wagyu, presented through several preparations and paired with curated Japanese whiskies. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail before the tasting begins.
Chef Nick Fisher will guide guests through the evening, sharing the culinary inspiration and philosophy behind each course.
